DSTS Digital is a registered company under DED Dubai – The Department of Economic Development of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.

Is DSTS Digital legitimate?

Yes 100%, As we are registered under DED Dubai, therefore we are 100% legitimate company and fully responsible and accountable for our provide product and services. 

Is online shopping safe from DSTS Digital? 

Yes 100%, DSTS Digital is using payment gateway “Stripe” a well known recognized payment gateway, a legal and secure way to pay though DSTS Digital platform.   

I’ve never done this before. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on DSTSDigital.com is a piece of cake.

  • Look for the product you want to buy (use the search bar or the main menu).
  • Add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon.
  • Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want multiple products.
  • After you’re done choosing products, click on “View Cart” (located on the top right).
  • Review your cart and click on Checkout.
  • Fill the required details, choose your preferred payment method and click on Place Order.
  • That’s it! You will receive an email notification confirming your order along with your order#.
  • Somebody from our team will then call you to process your order. Easy isn’t it?

How do I look for a product on DSTSDigital.com?

  • Use the search bar on top; type what you are looking for and press enter.
  • Use the main menu (which is divided by product type) to navigate your way on the site.

 I’m not able to find a product. What should I do?

We try and offer the latest products available in the market. However, if by any chance, we do not have a product you’re looking for on DSTSDigital.com,

How do I register or login up on DSTSDigital.com?

Login on DSTS E-Store is really easy. Simply click on the My Account button, the top right. You can log in “if you are already registered with DSTST using your preferred social site (Facebook, Google).

For a new registration, Please provide your email id, your password will be sent to your email address. You can then update your profile accordingly such as My Orders, Downloads, Address, Payment Method, Inquires, Account Details, and Logout.

We have provided two options to our customers. You can see the language button on top of the page. Page can be translated into English or Arabic for customer convenience.

How do I change my password?

Changing your site password at regular intervals is always good. It’s easy to change your dstsdigital.com password. Log in using your current credentials and then go to “My Account”. Enter your new password and save.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders on the phone at this time. Our site is available to take orders all the time though! 🙂

I placed an order but I have not received any calls. What happened?

Before processing your order, we will call you and make sure everything is as you expect. If you have not received a call from us after you have placed your order it could be because..

  • It’s the middle of the night. 🙂 The DSTSDigital.com customer service team works from 9am to 6pm Saturday to Thursday.
  • We are not able to reach you on the number provided (wrong number/busy line/phone off etc).

For #1, please wait till the team is back in the office and they will give you a call.

If you think it is #2, please get in touch with us immediately by calling us or live chat and we will process your order.

I placed an order but forgot to include my address/special instructions. What should I do?

Sit back and wait for our call. When we call you to process your order, you can let us know and we will update your order. If you don’t want to wait, that’s fine too.

Drop us a line on Info@dstsdigital.com with the missing information or call us or live chat. Our team will update the order as per your instruction.

I made a mistake while placing my order. What now?

If you’ve placed an order by mistake or ordered the wrong product, don’t worry. Just contact us through live chat or call and someone from our team will help you out.

I placed an order and paid online using my credit card. Can I cancel my order now?

Sure, you can. Please contact DSTS Customer Service immediately so that we can stop the order from being processed. If the order is already processed, you can still cancel the order but cancellation charges may apply. See Returns/Cancellations for more details.

Where can I see all my orders?

You can see your entire order history from the “My Account” section of the site. Log in with your username and password and click on “My Account” to access this area.

How do I track my order?

Each order on dstsdigital.com goes through a series of steps to ensure that you get the best online shopping experience. As the order goes from processing to processed, picking, and in transit, we notify you via email/SMS about each status update for your peace of mind.

If you want to manually check the status of the order, that’s pretty easy too. Simply log in to dstsdigital.com and go to My Orders.

100% Yes, we are Integrated with world most secure and popular payment gateway “Stripe” with two-way authentication. 

Payment will only deducted when your will enter OTP code from your bank to your registered mobile number with bank.

What cards do you accept?

Our payment gateway accepts almost all kinds of UAE banks credit/debit cards. Visa, Mastercard.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery within the UAE is free for all orders above AED 300.

Updated delivery rates will be shown at the time of checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over UAE & worldwide. If you do not find your country on the checkout page, please get in touch with us so that we can assist you further.

I don’t want you to deliver. Can I collect my ordered product/s?

We would prefer to hand-deliver the products to you wherever you are to save you the trouble. We are also pretty quick with our deliveries.

How long does it take to deliver?

Our standard delivery is 1 – 3 business day in the UAE if the order is processed before 2pm. In some cases, delivery might be 3 to 5 Days.

For international deliveries, it usually takes between 3-7 days.

Is dstsdigital.com safe to shop from?

100% Yes. We are a registered business under DED Dubai and we’ve invested in some of the best systems in the world. Plus, we do not store any credit card information on our servers. All information relayed between dstsdigital.com and our payment gateway is encrypted using SSL.

Will I be spammed?

No. You will never be spammed by dstsdigital.com. We have a very strict privacy policy and we treat your information with the utmost care. Our databases which store your information are encrypted as well with limited access to employees.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  1. Customer can apply order cancellation through their profile (Order Tab “Cancel Order”) until the order status is “Ordered”. The time duration is 1 hour where customer have the flexible option to cancel the order smoothly.
  2. Customer will also receive a call or Whatsapp from customer service for order & address confirmation where order can be confirmed or cancel.
  3. Customer will only pay if order is under courier or out for delivery. 25 AED delivery charges will apply to return product to our warehouse.
  4. Customer with credit or debit card payment will receive refund within 10 working days. 2% service fee of payment gateway will be deducted while refund.

Order Return Policy:

Customer can apply return within 7 Days policy under following conditions.

  1. The product received is different than order product, free return.
  2. The product have manufacturing fault, free return.
  3. The product is unopened and in its original packing, delivery charges 25 AED applies.
  4. The product box is still in original condition, delivery charges 25 AED applies.

Products that cannot be returned.

  1. If the product box is already opened and unsealed.
  2. If the product is already used.
  3. If the product is damaged by customer.

Payment Refund Policy:

  1. Customer with credit or debit card payment will receive refund within 15 working days. 2% service fee of payment gateway will be deducted while refund.
  2. Customer with Cash on Delivery will get 100% payment refund within 7 working days. The payment will be deposit directly to customer bank account only.
