Yes, if you are requesting an on-site technician (only for selected models) or IT/Wifi Support, we can install / configure your device on the same day or task will be scheduled for visit “availability of support team”. However, if our driver has to pick up the device and the technician has to do it at our service facility, it may take 1 to 2 days, depending on the nature of the repair. 

For all successful repairs, delivery and pickup are free. However, if we pick up the device and the customer decides not to take our service, or the device is in irreparable condition, collective charges for pickup and delivery will be 60AED.

Weekend has been changed in UAE, so we have also revised our business hours. From Jan 1^st, we will provide our services from Monday to Saturday and business hours will be 8 am to 6 Pm. For further information, you can visit our website.
