Steps to follow > Click here to Generate Ticket > Login or Register > Create a New Ticket > Select Service Category > Fill the Details > Upload attachment “If any – Photo or Error screen shot etc.…” > Submit Ticket.
Once ticket submitted, our technical team will work on your ticket and will update you about problem and required fixing, once approved, we will arrange device pick-up to our service center and will be deliver at your place after fixing.
For all successful repairs, delivery and pickup are free. However, if we pick up the device and the customer decides not to take our service, or the device is in irreparable condition, collective charges for pickup and delivery will be 50 AED.
Weekend has been changed in UAE, so we have also revised our business hours. From Jan 1st, we will provide our services from Monday to Saturday and business hours will be 9 am to 6 Pm. For further information, you can visit our website.
Staring from the device received from your side, we will review and will contact you if any special items required but generally we take 1 to 2 working days. We will update you if any extra days required for special items.
Devices that needs to be repaired in Service center cannot be repaired On-Site, whereas corporate or individuals customer may request On-Site visit. Our Support team will confirm if support is possible On-Site. Additional charges may apply.
Our Technical team will share the service cost and hardware or software cost to you. Once agreed, you can pay either by cash or Pay online though our payment system.
